Common questions

How do I cancel my Floofy Pro subscription?

Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Floofy → Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Profile → Manage Subscription inside the app to deep-link to the same screen. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Inside Floofy, go to Profile → Delete Account. The app will re-prompt Sign in with Apple to confirm, then permanently remove all your data from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

I forgot which Apple ID I used to sign in.

Floofy uses Sign in with Apple, so your account is tied to your Apple ID. iOS shows you which Apple IDs have signed in to Floofy under Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple → Floofy.

Can I use Floofy without signing in?

Yes. Open the app and tap Continue as Guest. All data stays on your device. You can sign in later if you want cloud backup and multi-device sync — your guest data migrates automatically.

How do I share data with my vet?

Open a medical record or the Vet Report screen and tap the share icon. Floofy generates a bilingual (English / Chinese) report you can save to Photos, copy as text, or share via any iOS share sheet target (Mail, Messages, etc.).

The Auto-Recognize Lab Values feature isn't working.

This is a Pro feature. Make sure you have an active Floofy Pro subscription (Profile → Floofy Pro). The photo or PDF must be readable — for best results, photograph lab reports in good lighting and ensure all text is in focus. If it still doesn't work, email us with the iOS version and a description of what you saw.

Is my pet's data private?

Yes. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what we collect, where it's stored, and who can access it. The short version: data stays on your device by default; signing in stores an encrypted copy in our database; we never sell or share data with advertisers.
